About Us
Paragon Design UK Ltd was formed in 2005, by Tony and Julia Murton.
Tony Murton has worked as a design and mechanical engineer for in excess of 20 years. He has been involved with Jaguars in one way or another for a good portion of those years. Always dreaming of the ‘ultimate’ car, Tony bought a 1990 XJS a number of years ago and modified the body panels to bring the design into the ‘21st Century’.
Julia and Tony met when on a business trip to Australia several years ago. Since then Tony has continued developing his discipline of engineering and exploring his love of cars, searching for a project that would bring both his skills and passion together in a commercial sense.
The idea of the Paragon XK kit when it was noticed that the new style XK nosecone was noticeably different from that of the older versions, without much else of substance changing. Tony knew he could reproduce the look, whilst still adding his own style details and he set about achieving this end. The result is contained within these pages, which we believe is an exciting product.
Paragon Design UK Ltd has a number of other projects in the pipe line and will launch them in the coming months.
